Fonctionnement
Bottles unscramble on the SED-ZP-Z disc and feed onto the conveyor. The 10-head mobile gear-pump filler doses 10-100ml suspensions with ±1% accuracy, using gear pumps suitable for medium-viscosity suspended liquids and easy-clean piping. Capped bottles transfer to the SED-CG-Z high-speed capper (φ22-110mm cap, 38-270mm bottle height), then to the SED-PT-Z roll-on labeler that uses two-belt rotation against a fixed labeling station for self-adhesive label application (±1mm precision, label width up to 200mm).
