Fonctionnement
Bottles are fed by the conveyor, separated by the bottle-feed mechanism at a set pitch, and held in position by the bottle-guide mechanism. When a bottle arrives at the labelling station, both labelling heads are triggered simultaneously by label-detection sensors and product-detection sensors, releasing labels that adhere to both sides of the product. The label-wrap mechanism (brush + sponge) presses labels flat, and the top-press mechanism prevents bottles from tipping during labelling.
