Capsules / tablets are loaded into the 15 L hopper, which feeds a linear electromagnetic vibrator (44 VA / 35 W) that doses material onto the conveyor belt at a controlled rate. The 300 mm wide food-grade PU belt moves at 1-4 m/min (electronically adjustable) past one or more inspection seats illuminated by 36 W work lamps. With the optional roller feeder, transport drums flip each piece for 360-degree surface coverage. Operator removes defects by hand into a reject tray; accepted product continues to downstream operations.

Nettoyage et entretien

Power off and brush down the conveyor belt and hopper between products. Wipe SUS316 product-contact path with neutral detergent. The food-grade PU belt rinses with warm water and neutral detergent. Inspect side plates (20 mm gap to belt) for trapped pieces. Clean lamp face periodically.
