Fonctionnement
Bottles are fed in a horizontal upright orientation via a stable in-feed conveyor system. A star-disc indexing mechanism positions each bottle precisely at the labeling station. The servo-driven label dispenser (Fuji 750W servo) uses a two-stage label feed for accurate, stable label application and optional ribbon printing. A roller-press mechanism ensures firm label adhesion. A photoelectric detection system monitors bottle supply and automatically adjusts machine speed.
