Fonctionnement
Products enter the chain-plate conveyor and are separated by a bottle-separation wheel with soft industrial silicone edges. The product detection sensor (Sick/KEYENCE) triggers the servo label dispenser. The belt-rolling labeling mechanism wraps the label smoothly around the bottle. A spring-loaded pressure roller with self-adjusting parallel function prevents label skew.
