Fonctionnement

Two-stage sleeve-shrink wrapping. Stage 1 (SED-8FQ-X): the operator places the product into a sleeve of PE/POF/PVC/PP film; a push-rod loader aligns the product, then a Teflon-coated alloy-steel L-bar drops to cut and seal the sleeve around the product. Stage 2 (SED-10RS-X): the wrapped product is conveyed through an electrically heated tunnel (20 kW) at 0–10 m/min, where hot air tightens the film into a final package. Both machines include leakage-protection devices.
