Fonctionnement

The filling machine uses a 2‰ high-accuracy Roots flowmeter with a high-accuracy pulse encoder for metered filling, controlled by Delta PLC and Weintek HMI. Each filling head has an independent vacuum suck-back device to prevent dripping; dual-speed (fast/slow) filling prevents foaming. Bottles travel on the conveyor through the light inspection station and then the crawler capper for continuous capping.
