Fonctionnement

Bottles enter the capping station and are clamped by a pneumatic cylinder. Pneumatic cylinders and an electric motor jointly control the capping wheels to grip and rotate the cap onto the bottle mouth. Air supply pressure must be stable at 0.5–0.6 MPa for normal operation. PLC and touch screen provide intelligent control with manual and automatic modes. The machine should be fully checked (air pressure, all components) before each production start.

Nettoyage et entretien

After production ends, clean the machine exterior with a suitable cleaning agent. When stopping, press the emergency stop first, then reset it, then switch off the power, then close the air supply. Do not allow water or foreign objects to enter the electrical control cabinet. Keep the fiber-optic sensor away from water. Do not spray water directly on the machine exterior. Do not touch the working area with hands during operation.
