Fonctionnement
Bottles travel on the conveyor to the capping station. The 58 L auto cap loader (hopper) sorts and feeds caps via a chute onto each bottle mouth. Four small rubber wheels, driven by an electric + pneumatic combination mechanism, grip the cap and rotate it onto the bottle with adjustable torque and speed. A SICK anti-dust photoelectric eye detects bottle presence and disables cap feed when no bottle is present (no-bottle-no-cap).

Bottle and cap sizes must be uniform for automatic operation. Before starting, hand-crank the machine to verify free rotation. Use appropriate tools when adjusting; never apply excessive force. Retighten any screws after adjustment. Clean mechanical parts with a cleaning agent (alcohol) and clean cloth; do not allow water or cleaning liquids to contact electrical components, the control box or motors. After each production shift, wipe down the machine exterior with a suitable cleaning agent. Once per week, perform a thorough wipe-down or compressed-air blow-out of all surfaces and lubricate moving parts. Never spray water directly onto the machine.
