Fonctionnement

The generator CPU module controls output power, driving the induction coil to produce a high-frequency alternating electromagnetic field. As capped bottles pass through the tunnel induction head, eddy currents in the aluminum foil disc heat it rapidly, melting the polymer coating and bonding the foil to the bottle mouth. A closed-loop water-cooled circulation system prevents the generator from overheating and triggers an alarm if temperature limits are exceeded. A no-foil detection device rejects any cap without foil.
