Fonctionnement

Sample (suppository, capsule, TCM piece, pill, etc.) is placed centrally on the lower pressure plate (Phi 120 mm). A 2 mm cylindrical, flat or needle-tip probe descends at programmed speed (1–300 mm/min) under control of a precision screw pair driven by a fully-digital servo / reducer. A high-precision load cell records force vs displacement at 0.001 N resolution. Penetration mode records the peak force at puncture and the displacement at peak; data is rendered as real-time curves on the touchscreen, the per-run Max value is auto-saved, and multi-run Max/Min/Mean are computed and printable.
