Fonctionnement
Material is hand-fed (or, in the variant with vibrating hopper, bulk-loaded) onto a vibrating tray. Items are spread by first-stage vibration, captured by an overhead industrial camera, and counted in real time by an Intel FPGA image-processing unit. When the target count is reached, the outlet diverts the batch. A one-key full-clear function rapidly evacuates residual parts.
