Fonctionnement
Fruit is loaded into the bubble-spray washer where water bath agitation and spray washing remove surface dirt (heavy particles sink to the sedimentation zone; floating matter exits via overflow); product is then lifted onto the conveyor and passes through secondary spray rinse. The brush washer uses rolling brush contact plus high-pressure spray to scrub surface contaminants, with recirculating water to conserve water. The 6-station sorting conveyor-elevator allows manual rejection of damaged fruit, with waste collected via a dedicated port, and elevates product to the dryer. The parallel air-knife dryer blows ambient-temperature high-pressure air through multiple fans to remove surface moisture from all sides via intermittent conveyor drop rotation.
