SED-PMJ-T Small-Character Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) Printer. Three status LEDs (fault/warning/print) and a live status bar showing ink viscosity, ink pressure, print counter, and date/time. Supports message creation/editing/selection with parameters for font height/width, character spacing, photocell 1/2 print delays, reverse/inverse print, horizontal bolding, and vertical dot matrix 5-34. User fields: 50 logo patterns, 20 barcodes, clock, counter, text, and 1-5 shifts. Barcode types include Code39, EAN8/13, UPCA, Code128, ITF (2-of-5), DataMatrix, and QR code. Supports multiple ink types (630/B600/601/A630/680/619/669). Built-in nozzle reverse-cleaning, automatic viscosity tracking, Venturi recovery, synchronizer/encoder interface, external photocell interface. Fault icons cover overheat, gutter recovery, charging, EHT leakage, fan, and viscosity-sensing failures. Power: 220V 50Hz single-phase.

Before cleaning, disconnect power. Use corresponding solvent for ink type to immediately remove any ink spills, solvent spills, or ink deposits. Nozzle automatic reverse-cleaning is available from the maintenance menu.
