Fonctionnement

Film web is drawn and the non-woven inner drip bag is formed (ear-hung profile). A volumetric measuring system doses 5–15 g of coffee or tea powder into the inner bag. Ultrasonic sealing closes the inner bag on three sides. The sealed inner bag is conveyed to the outer-bag station where a composite-film web (nylon, corn fiber, or drip-coffee film) is drawn, the inner bag is enveloped, and a heat seal closes the outer bag. Batch number is printed inline. Completed bags are counted and discharged.
