Fonctionnement
Material is fed via tray to an electronic scale that weighs 1–10 g doses; servo-driven nylon / PET / corn-fibre mesh film is formed into a pyramid (or flat) bag and welded by imported ultrasonic horns; cutter separates each bag and counter advances. PLC orchestrates the cycle. Automatic packaging-material tension adjustment device is included.
