Fonctionnement

Non-heat-sealed filter paper is folded and cold-sealed into a double-chamber bag. A volumetric doser fills up to 10 cm³ per chamber (accuracy ±5%). Thread (cotton, 4-strand No.21, knotless, 148 mm ± 5 mm) and hard tag (28 × 32 mm) are attached inside the bag using an aluminum staple (Ø0.5 mm, 13 mm, folded to 5 mm). PLC orchestrates the complete cycle; finished bags are output via a counting device for manual cartoning into boxes.
