Fonctionnement
Material is fed from the bin into the 4-head electronic scale: a vibrator orderly conveys material into 4 weighing hoppers; when target weight is reached, hoppers open in sequence and drop the dose through the chute into the former. The packaging film (max OD 320 mm, core ID 76 mm) unwinds and is formed into a cylindrical tube by the former collar. Longitudinal ultrasonic sealing closes the tube. The horizontal sealing/cutting unit rotates 90° per cycle and seals+cuts the triangle bag. Finished bags are conveyed out.
