Vertical cartoning machine for automatic cartoning of ampoules and vials. Robotic and mechanical mechanisms perform carton erecting, tray loading, vial filling, carton closing, and conveying — fully automated packaging.

Fonctionnement
Three independent carton magazines with three parallel carton-erecting units supply cartons; suction cups erect cartons and pre-open the flaps. A pitch-dividing unit buffers, arranges, and spaces sample vials; a robotic loading arm suction-grabs vials and places them into the partitioned cartons. A leaflet-folding unit feeds, separates, and folds instruction sheets. A flap-closing and tucking unit closes left/right minor flaps, tucks the front tongue, and re-presses the carton to complete sealing.
