SED-LP-C — SED-LP-C Horizontal In-Line Automatic Bottle Unscrambler

Operator manually loads bottles into the elevator hopper. The elevator conveys bottles into the unscrambler bottle-storage ring. Centrifugal force from the rotating disc causes bottles to line up end-to-end and exit the centrifugal disc. Multi-stage belts stabilize the bottle body; clamping conveyors deliver bottles into the hook-claw mechanism. Bottles with mouth-forward are hooked and flipped; bottles with base-forward cannot be hooked and pass through. All bottles exit mouth-uniformly oriented, then the final belt stage stands them upright, and the air-conveyance system delivers them to the next station.
