SED-LF-F is a heavy-duty air-cooled continuous electromagnetic aluminum-foil induction sealing machine for plastic and glass bottles with non-metal caps. It handles a wider bottle range (neck Ø20–125 mm, height 0–490 mm)

Fonctionnement
Electromagnetic induction heats the aluminum foil liner inside the bottle cap. AC 220V power drives the generator through a high-frequency switching circuit energizing 8 induction coils. As capped bottles pass under the sealing head on the conveyor, eddy currents in the foil cause rapid heating, melting the adhesive layer, which bonds to the bottle lip on cooling to form a hermetic seal.
