Fonctionnement

Capsules or tablets are servo-fed and presented one at a time to a high-precision (1/10000) static weighing platform with German-derived dynamic filter algorithm. Static (settled) weighing eliminates motion vibration and air-flow disturbance for ≤±1 mg accuracy. Out-of-tolerance pieces are auto-sorted to a reject port. An internal Class-E reference weight performs one-button calibration without operator intervention.
