Fonctionnement
Bottles travel along a mechanical line (1000-1200 mm nominal) with adjustable pitch. A pneumatic bottle pusher indexes each bottle into the six-camera inspection station where all cameras capture rotational images simultaneously. A Ningbo Yanxin vision controller classifies each bottle as OK or NG. NG bottles are kicked by a reject device into a 400 x 413 mm NG box; OK bottles continue downstream. The touchscreen displays per-camera live views, total inspected, total NG, NG rate, and per-station reject counts. Functions: software lock, data reset, image review, product-type selection, air-blow, alarm reset, line-stop reset.
