SED-GTB — High-Speed Round Bottle Labeling Machine

Unlabeled bottles are pushed from a collection tray into the front conveyor. The conveyor feeds bottles to the rotary star-wheel, which slots each bottle into a notch and converts linear motion to circular motion, dramatically raising speed. A bottle-detection sensor triggers the servo label-feed motor when a bottle reaches the dispensing station. The label-gap sensor stops the feed motor; the pneumatic coder prints on the stationary label. The star-wheel carries the partially adhered label to the high-speed rolling station, which wraps the label onto the bottle. Labeled bottles exit via rear conveyor to a collection tray.
