Fonctionnement

Empty cans pass through the UV sterilization channel (253.7 nm) for microbial reduction. They then enter the dual-head auger filler where servo-driven screw metering achieves ±1% accuracy. Filled cans proceed to the vacuum-nitrogen sealers where each can is evacuated and backfilled with 99.99% pure nitrogen (25 L/min), then double-roller seamed by servo motors. A fiber laser printer marks the production date with ±0.002 mm precision.
