Fonctionnement

Bottles enter the conveyor and are pitched apart by a bottle-separation device. A SICK photoelectric sensor detects the identification mark on each bottle and signals the control system. The label feed motor pulls the self-adhesive label from the roll through a tensioning system; an optional coder prints batch info; the label-positioning sensor measures label length and triggers peel-off at the labeling head. As the bottle passes, the label peels from its backing and contacts the bottle. A rolling/pressing wheel rotates the bottle to fully wrap the label, ensuring no bubbles, wrinkles, or misalignment. The waste backing tape is rewound on the take-up spindle.

Nettoyage et entretien

Wipe the conveyor belt, bottle separator, and rolling wheel between batches. Inspect peel plate edge for wear; clean photoelectric sensor lens. Tape rewind spindle should be emptied of waste backing periodically. Lubricate motor bearings per service manual. Mechanical parts can be cleaned with alcohol and clean cloth. Do not allow water or cleaning agents to contact electronic components.
