Fonctionnement

The EBM fan draws air through a primary filter into the H14 liquid-trough HEPA filter; the filtered clean air passes through the static pressure box and flow-equalizing membrane for multi-stage pressure equalisation, forming a unidirectional vertical laminar flow at 0.45 m/s ±20% to the work area. The double-layer negative-pressure cavity structure ensures zero leakage; the Dwyer differential-pressure gauge monitors HEPA resistance in real time. PAO/DOP injection and detection ports allow on-site HEPA integrity testing.
