Fonctionnement
Bottles are conveyed into the dryer zone on the production line. Spider-arm air knives deliver high-velocity airflow from multiple angles (top, bottom, sides) to rapidly strip surface water from the bottle exterior. No brushes contact the bottle surface, preventing dust contamination. Operators can adjust air-knife arm direction and select individual or multiple fans according to bottle shape and production requirement.
