Fonctionnement

Full-machine servo control drives a simulated parallel hand-grip chuck that picks caps from the cap sorter and places them precisely onto the bottle neck. Torque is digitally adjustable; the servo system automatically compensates for bottle-to-bottle variation to achieve consistent, damage-free tightening. Automatic cap dropping and automatic screw-capping complete each cycle.
