Vertical (top-loading) semi-automatic round/square/hex bottle labeler. Operator drops product onto a custom POM jig, presses the foot pedal, and the machine performs hold-down + label dispense + cover-press automatically

Fonctionnement

Operator places product on the custom POM jig. Foot pedal triggers the cycle: a pressing cylinder presses down on the product to lock it in position. The traction roller advances the label web; a Leuze photoeye detects the label leading edge. The label peels at the peel plate; a rotating cover-press mechanism (electric motor + cylinder) rolls the product against the label, wrapping it around the circumference. Backing rewinds; pressing cylinder releases; operator removes labeled product.
