Fonctionnement
Operator places the filled bottle and cap on the spindle. The machine clamps the bottle and lowers the three-knife capping head; the three knives engage the cap skirt and roll the thread profile or seal the closure (e.g., ROPP for aluminum caps, screw-down for plastic caps). A 650W heat-seal element is used for ROPP/foil-seal closures. The machine raises the head and the operator unloads the sealed bottle.
