A driven rewinder pulls the label web from the supply roll across an inspection/counter sensor zone and onto a take-up reel. The counter (Xinling brand) increments per label sensed. A joint-venture variable-frequency drive (VFD) controls line speed continuously from 0 to 60 m/min.
