Fonctionnement
Pre-formed plastic trays loaded with product enter the sealing chamber. The vacuum pump (Zhongde 40#) evacuates the chamber; the controlled gas mix (typically N₂ or mixed inert gas) is then back-filled to above-atmospheric pressure. The sealing station heat-seals the lid film over the tray, locking in the modified atmosphere. Siemens PLC sequences the full cycle via integrated control circuitry drawing on advanced international technology.
