Fonctionnement
Capsules are fed into the upper plate; vacuum-assisted separation (XD-040 vacuum pump, 40 m³/h) orients capsule body in lower plate, cap in upper plate. Powder/granule is metered into the body via the filling cylinder. The horizontal auto-locking mechanism then joins and locks the cap onto the body. Machine is PLC-controlled with variable-frequency speed regulation and touchscreen HMI.
