Fonctionnement

Semi-automatic orifice-plate filling. Operator loads empty capsules into the upper mold; vacuum-assisted separation (vacuum pump XD-40, 40 m³/h) orients capsule body in lower plate, cap in upper plate. Powder/granule is dosed into the body via the dosing disc/scraper, then the upper and lower plates are aligned and a pneumatic ram locks the cap onto the body. Filled capsules are ejected manually.

Nettoyage et entretien

Pre-production: wipe outer surface and inside of machine with clean wet towel (dust-free); wipe hopper, turntable, and filling mechanism with clean towel then again with 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: same procedure. For filling mechanism deep-clean: remove motor cover, disassemble filling mechanism, clean and sterilize all parts in direct contact with raw materials (agitator, feeding room), reassemble. Electronic components: wipe with dry cloth only — no water or detergent splashing. Pneumatic components: disconnect from air source before cleaning; cylinder rods — dry cloth then a few drops of pneumatic oil.
