Mixer combines soap noodles + additives via screw rotation → three-roll mill grinds soap chips with hardened rollers (1:3:9 speed ratio) → single-screw plodder refines, degasses and extrudes the chips into continuous bars at 10-23 rpm with electric heating → pneumatic cutting machine cuts bars into uniform blocks at 80/min → pneumatic printer stamps shape and LOGO via interchangeable copper dies.
