SED-BFG2-M — SED-BFG2-M Automatic Powder Packaging Machine

Powder is loaded into the 50 L hopper (auto-controlled by the optional vibration screw feeder, which stops when the hopper is full and restarts when material runs low). A stepping-motor-driven screw auger meters material into the container (bag, bottle, or can). A load-cell electronic scale beneath the container provides real-time weight feedback to the microcomputer, which slows and stops the auger when the target weight is reached. A quiet Taiwan-brand stirring motor keeps material in the hopper homogeneous. Fill cycles are triggered by a photoelectric switch (optional foot pedal). Automatic error correction adjusts future fills based on measured deviation.
