Fonctionnement

Powder is loaded into the hopper and continuously stirred by an agitator motor. A motor-driven feed screw (auger) inside a screw cup meters powder out the bottom into the bag/bottle/jar. In Volumetric (pulse) mode the system commands a fixed pulse count per fill; the feedback electronic scale below the discharge measures actual weight and the controller auto-adjusts pulses for the next cycle (formula: actual pulse = available pulse / actual weight × packing specification). In Weighing mode the screw runs at three programmed speeds (fast / middle / slow) and stops when the slow-weight setpoint is reached on the scale, with delay-for-fall-bag for inertia. Each cycle is triggered by a photoelectric switch or foot pedal; bags can fall automatically after fill or be released manually.

Nettoyage et entretien

Stainless-steel powder-contact parts (hopper, agitator, screw, screw cup) are removable for wash-down between products. To change screw cup: loosen the clamping band, loosen the four hopper fixing bolts, remove the hopper, loosen the screw-cup fixing screw, swap, then re-lock all parts. Recalibrate the scale after wet cleaning or when moved.
