Fonctionnement

Stock hopper feeds material into a dual-screw discharge — a large auger (1.5 kW motor) for fast bulk dosing and a small auger (750 W motor) for slow trim dosing. Load cell (ILGC-100KG-BA, Zemic/ZhongHang Electric Measurement) weighs the bag clamped beneath the discharge spout; control instrument (100A) switches from coarse to fine feed when approaching setpoint to achieve ±50 g accuracy. Level sensor stops the screw loader automatically when the stock hopper is full.
