Fonctionnement

Bottles are conveyed through bottle-separating, alignment, and pressing mechanisms. A stepper-motor-driven label dispenser peels labels from the backing paper; the wiping and pressing rollers transfer the label onto the bottle's side. A variable-frequency drive synchronizes the pressing belt with the conveyor to maintain ±1 mm placement accuracy throughout the labeling cycle.
