Fonctionnement
Film is unwound from the roll, positioned by color-mark sensor, and tension-controlled by the film damping mechanism; it passes through the forming collar (collar-flip former) to form tube pouches, driven by individual servo motor under PLC control for bag length. Material is loaded via vacuum upper-loader and dispensed by cup dosing system into 12 tube lanes; vertical sealer and horizontal sealer perform three-side sealing (temperature automatically controlled ±3°C); rotary tooth-cutter cuts individual sachets. The control system consists of Siemens PLC + touchscreen, Panasonic servo, Omron photoelectric sensors, Schneider electrical components, and AirTAC pneumatic components.
