Fonctionnement
Composite film (up to 980mm) unwound and slit into 10 lanes; vacuum upper-loader feeds powder hopper; 10 servo screw dosers (each independently adjustable) meter 1-40g per bag with 1-2% accuracy; vertical and horizontal sealers (HMI temperature control ±1-3°C) close bags; auto-guided punching die forms final bag shape; finished bags discharged on conveyor with date-coding via 10-lane ribbon coder.
