Fonctionnement

Material is loaded by an upstream loader (~5m) and distributed evenly across the 2000mm-wide PET polyester mesh belt entering the 8m heated tunnel. A steam-fed heat exchanger (or electric heater, room temperature–95°C) heats air; an induced-draft fan (22 kW) circulates hot air through the 4-layer belt stack. Belt speed is controlled by two electromagnetic-speed gearmotors (2.2 kW each) with VFD for stepless adjustment. Dried product discharges onto an output conveyor. Temperature is automatically controlled with adjustable deadband.
