Fonctionnement
Roll paper is fed and cut into cup blanks. The side seam is sealed by heater or ultrasonic welder. Bottom paper is formed and inserted. Korean-style single-shaft bottom knurling ensures low leak rate. A double turning-plate carries the cup through all stations. Air-controlled bottom-paper pacing reduces waste. Auto-lubrication and case-hardened open cams allow stable high-speed running.
