SED-90ZQ-U — Universal Electric Steam Generator

Electric heating tubes inside the heating column heat purified or softened water; steam concentrates in the steam chamber for output to downstream equipment. An automatic water-injection pump maintains chamber level between working low and high levels, cycling on/off continuously. A pressure controller cuts heating power when the upper pressure limit is reached and restores it when pressure drops to the lower limit, maintaining near-constant output pressure. Dual liquid-level and temperature controllers protect against dry-burn if the level controller fails. A safety valve opens on overpressure. Short-circuit protection shuts the unit down automatically on fault.
