Operator dumps bottles into elevator hopper; elevator (VFD-controlled) carries them into the rotary storage drum (Φ1.6 m); drum rotation pushes bottles into pockets that self-orient; the flip/pusher mechanism rights any inverted bottles; the air-conveyor system delivers upright bottles to the next line station. PLC controls all motions; VFD adjusts throughput speed.
Processus de fonctionnement
