Continuous belt-driven heat sealing: the bag is fed onto the conveyor belt; the seal portion is fed between two synchronously moving sealing braids pressed by upper and lower heaters in the heating area, melting and bonding the plastic film. The sealed area then passes through the cooling blocks. A pattern roller (or ink wheel) rolls the seal area to imprint stripes, mesh patterns, or printed text such as a production date. Speed regulator and temperature controller are independently adjustable; a single motor drives the sealing braids, lead belt, and conveyor belt in synchronization. Convertible between horizontal and vertical modes by reorienting the conveyor station.

Nettoyage et entretien

Pre-heat the heating element at low temperature for several minutes before normal operation, especially after long idle periods or after initial use. Return temperature dial to zero and run blower before shutdown until temperature falls below 100 °C.
