SED-900-12FDB-B is a 12-lane back-seal multi-row powder packaging machine with rounded-corner cut. Each lane runs 20–30 bags/min for a total of 240–360 bags/min. Bag length 50–180 mm × width 17–65 mm. Max film width 900

Fonctionnement
Powder is auto-loaded by the vacuum loader into the hopper. Twelve parallel short-screw augers meter precise charges to each lane. Composite film (max 900 mm wide) is unwound, formed around each form-shoulder into 12 back-seal tubes. Vertical seal cylinders close the longitudinal back seam; Panasonic servo-driven film-pull advances the tube; horizontal seal/cut cylinders form the bag top/bottom and a rounded-corner cutter trims each bag. A ribbon date-coder marks each bag; finished bags drop to the conveyor.
