Fonctionnement

Powder is conveyed to the hopper by the vacuum loader. Short-screw augers in 10 parallel lanes meter precise charges (1–3% accuracy at 2–10 g). A roll of composite film (max 900 mm wide) is unwound, and 10 parallel back-seal tubes are formed around form-shoulders; vertical seal cylinders close the longitudinal seams. After each fill, servo film-pull (Panasonic servo) advances the tube and a horizontal seal/cut station seals the top of the just-filled bag and the bottom of the next, then cuts. Optional ribbon date-coders print on each lane; an easy-tear notch is added before the cut.
