SED-8ZXX-G — Case Pack, Palletize & Stretch-Wrap Line

Cartoned goods enter the case-pack cell where the SED-12KX-G erector pulls flat corrugated cardboard into open cases (auto fold and bottom-tape). The side-push case packer stacks cartons and laterally inserts them; the top sealer folds and tapes the top. Cases continue along the SED-SSJ-G three-stage roller conveyor (3 motor sections + 2 push stations) — passing optional card/leaflet/scan/labeler/coder stations — and arrive at the SED-MDJ-G robot palletizer (Schneider servo, 50 kg payload) which stacks them onto a pallet supplied automatically by the SED-12GZJ-G dispenser. The completed pallet is conveyed to the SED-2000CRJ-G stretch wrapper that wraps the load with stretch film for shipping.
